The last event for IYA2009 participated by the Philippines, coordinated by Dr Armando Lee of Astronomical League of the Philippines, Astronomers without Borders and Sidewalk Astronomers. Around 500 park goers were treated with free views of Jupiter, Galilean Satellites, and the Moon. Most of the viewers were children.
