The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum is the first institution to have an exhibit on light pollution in Chicago. It is a temporary rotating exhibit with documentary and will be on display for 3 months--maybe you can get it in your town too--but maybe they'll do a permanent one in the future. Hopefully the other museums including Chicago's own Adler Planetarium will have a light pollution exhibit too.
