StarPals gives presentation at International Year of Astronomy conference

On June 2, 2008, Audrey Fischer gave a presentation at the "Preparing for the International Year of Astronomy" conference and symposium in St. Louis, Missouri. The symposium was a join effort between the American Astronomical Society and the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.

Audrey and Jessi attended and exhibited poster displays for StarPals and attended the reception for K-12 educators. It was a whirlwind; we made some great contacts and learned a lot about offerings and opportunities for IYA. We've got big plans in mind, so stay tuned!
