By uploading your file to this website, you certify that you either created it or have the rights to it. If you are uploading the file on behalf of someone else, you certify that you are doing it with their knowledge and permission.
Please be aware that if the photo/audio is not of you or a family member, you may need to have a model release (check your country's or state's laws before uploading).
You do not need a model release for recognizable faces in pictures that you, your family or someone under your control took at a public event, like a street fair, or a news event, such as a riot. For the purpose of photo rights, an event that restricts and/or requires a paid admission is not a public event. If the photo was taken at a private event, please make sure you have the permission of the person or people in it!
By uploading your photo/audio, you give StarPals permission to use this work in any form, including but not limited to video, website, and printed materials, for the multi-media project "Tour of the Universe by Children of the World" without right to compensation in any form. All proceeds from the sale of the DVD and calendar will be donated to fund space science education for kids.
